With a lifelong career in wildlife conservation, I am a retired Zoo Director from Oglebay Good Zoo and former supervisor at the Pittsburgh Zoo. Today, I lead conservation-focused safaris and serve as Certified Arizona Master Naturalist instructor.

My work is deeply rooted in protecting species and habitats—from serving on conservation committees at Reid Park Zoo and the Tucson Cactus and Succulent Society, to participating in jaguar monitoring research with the University of Arizona’s Wild Cat Conservation Center. I am passionate about connecting people to wildlife in meaningful, responsible ways.

Welcome to Wander The Earth Expeditions!

Do you dream of experiencing wild places in a way that truly matters? At Wander The Earth Expeditions, travel is more than a journey—it’s a connection to nature and a commitment to conservation.

Join me on thoughtfully designed expeditions that go beyond the typical tourist path into some of the world’s most remarkable ecosystems. Travel with expert naturalists and local conservation guides, enjoy outstanding regional cuisine, and stay in carefully selected accommodations that support local communities.

Before your journey, you’ll meet fellow travelers and receive personalized preparation guidance to ensure a seamless experience.

My goal is simple: to create unforgettable, conservation-minded adventures that inspire you while helping protect the wild places you explore.
